Find your photos faster! Simply tag the photos with a student and/or a keyword based on events, activities, grade level, or whatever you like.
Note: Tagging photos also works for teacher and staff photos.
Photos can be tagged while uploading. Check out this article about uploading photos and tagging students and keywords during the uploading process. Uploading Photos by Editors
You can also tag photos that have already been uploaded.
1. Find the photo where it has been uploaded and click on it to open photo options. This is where you can tag a student, and tag an event or activity.
2. Click on People to tag a student. In the Who's in this photo box, start typing in the student name. Select the correct student name.
3. Click on Tags and enter keywords to tag an event or activity. You can enter multiple tags separating them with a comma or you can select a tag which has already been set up.
Tagging a Photo on a Page
Photos added to pages can be tagged. Find the photo in the side tray and click on it. The photo options will open so you can tag a student and tag an event or activity.
Searching for a Photo
Photos can be searched by student or by using keywords.
1. Select Content.
2. In School Photos type the student name or keyword in the Search box.
3. While on a page to edit, you can search for photos in My Photos or Content. Type the student name or keyword in the Search box.
