Before you begin uploading photos you may want to create Photo Folders. This will make it easy to organize your photos. Check out this article for Creating Photo Folders and Subfolders
Uploading Photos
1. Select Content.
2. In School Photos you can select Add Photos or one of your Photo Folders to begin the photo upload process.
Uploading photos from Add Photos
1. Select Add Photos and the Add Photos box will open. Drag and drop the photo in the box or select a photo source.
- My Photos
- My Computer
- Google Drive
- Google Photos
- Dropbox (can not be a group or business account)
2. Before selecting Done you have some options which are explained below in the Tag School Photos section.
Note: Uploading photos from Add Photos will not add the photos to a Photo Folder.
Uploading photos into a Photo Folder
1. Select a Photo Folder. You'll see the folder name in the top left. Select Add Photos to add a photo to the Photo Folder. If you have created Subfolders, click on the Subfolder to add the photo there.
2. Select Add Photos and the Add Photos box will open. Drag and drop the photo in the box or select a photo source.
Tag School Photos
Before the photo upload is complete you will see some helpful options in Tag School Photos.
1. The perfect time to tag a photo is during the upload process. You can tag students and school events. Taking the time to tag will make it easier later to find the photos. There are two places where you can do the tagging.
2. Other options in Tag School Photos are:
- Add Caption
- Save a Copy to My Photos
- View Photo Details
Select Done when you have finished any desired tagging and options.
