Set Sell Date

Great news! Set a Sell Date so you can begin selling yearbooks on your school's schedule.

You can designate a date when parents can start buying the yearbook online. The Sell Date option eliminates the issue of parents buying the book too early (before you determine the actual page count, fundraiser amount, etc).

You will see Sell Date as an option when you go through the process of starting the next school year. Here is an article with the details of starting the next school year:

How the Sell Date works:

1. The default Sell Date is August 1st but you can set it to any date through October 15th. Remember that we offer fall discounts and setting your Sell Date too late will eliminate discount options for parents.
2. If you set a Sell Date and then change it to a later date, book sales will be stopped until the new Sell Date.
3. If you want to change the Sell Date you will need to wait until your current book converts to the new school year.

To change the Sell Date, log in and on your Dashboard go to Book Settings. In Dates, select Edit.

Dates will open on the right. Select a new Sell Date and Done.
