How can I delete my account?

Parents, students, and teachers can delete their personal Treering accounts.

Here are the steps to delete your account:

1. Log in and click on your initials. Select My Profile.

2. Select the Delete Account button.

3. You must confirm that you want to delete your account. Read the warning and type delete account (all lower case or it won't work) in the box. Select the Delete Account button.

Important! When you complete this process it will immediately and permanently delete your account and all of your data including photos, order history, and custom pages. You will be logged out of Treering.

Note: If a student account is deleted and you are the student's parent, when logging into your account, you will be prompted to add a new kid if that was your only child in your profile.
