We've created 3 Google Surveys to share with your yearbook team or even your entire school. Below are links for elementary, middle school, and high school theme surveys. Use the appropriate link to copy the survey for your school. Click on Make a copy.
Once you've made a copy of the survey you can edit it however you like by using Settings. The new link is what you will provide to your yearbook team or school community so they can complete the theme survey.
