Why was my order canceled?

When an order is canceled the person who placed the order will receive a notification email. If you did not cancel your order and you do not know why the order was canceled, please contact your school.

TreeRing does not cancel orders.  We assist yearbook editors at schools if they contact us regarding canceling orders.

The yearbook editors at the school should let you know if they are canceling orders. By contacting them directly, you will be able to find out why your order was canceled.
