Recognition Ad Purchased For Wrong Student - Canceling An Ad

Recognition Ads can't be reassigned so if you or a parent purchased a recognition ad for a wrong student, the ad must be canceled.

Note: You can't cancel an ad which has already been placed on a yearbook page. You will need to remove it from the page and then cancel it.

1. Log in and select Editor Tools.

2. Select People and in the Students & Parents list find the student who has the wrong ad. Click on the gear icon in the Actions column.

3. Select Edit/View Ad.

4. Select Cancel Ad.

5. Select Confirm to cancel the Recognition Ad.

6. You will see that the order for the ad was canceled. Select OK.
