Chief Editors may want or need to create recognition ads for students.
1. In School Account, select People and Students & Parents.
2. Find the student in the Students & Parents list. In the Actions column, click on the gear icon to select Create Ad.
3. If you are offering different ad sizes, select the size.
4. Create the ad by selecting and adding Photos (My Photos), Text, Graphics, Content (School Photos). Select I'm Done if there is no charge for the ad. If there is a charge for the ad, select Buy Now.
5. Review the ad and select I Confirm My Ad is Complete.
6. You will see the ad in your cart.
- If there is no charge for the ad, select Checkout. You will go to the payment screen to place the order.
- If there is a charge for the ad and the parent has paid you for it, check the box Mark Ad as paid for. (Only Chief Editors will see this option.) You will go to the payment screen to place the order.
- If you are paying for the ad, select Checkout. You will go to the payment screen to pay and place the order.
