If you are not sure if you placed an online order for your child, you can check in your account.
1. Log in and you will see if a yearbook has been purchased for your child. Use the Kid Switcher if you have another child at the same school. You can also buy another copy from here.
2. You can also go to My Orders to see if you have placed an order for the current yearbook. You will see a complete list of the orders you have placed. This includes orders from previous years and orders which have been canceled.
Note: This is also where you can cancel an order or upgrade the book to a hardcover.
If you placed an order at the school you will need to check with the yearbook advisor at the school. If you are still unsure if a yearbook has been ordered for your child, contact customer support and we can assist you.
