You may discover that you are missing portraits for students. When this happens you have different options for handling missing portraits on the portrait pages.
1. Add missing student names using a text box. This is the best option. This will keep the page uniform while acknowledging the students who do not have a photo available.
2. Use your school mascot or a fun image for a placeholder. If you want to use a placeholder for the missing photo, this is the best option. Upload the mascot image and then drag and drop the image into the blank spaces. Add a text box for the students' names. 3. Use a generic placeholder. This is the least desirable option. If you want to use a generic placeholder it can be found in Graphics. Search "Portrait" in All Graphics to see all the available placeholders.
4. Use a different photo of the student and add it to the portrait page. Adding a different photo of the student is a great way to have the student included in their class section in the yearbook. An easy way to do this is to take a photo of the student and upload it to add to the portrait page. Here is how you can add a new photo to a portrait auto flow section:
