As the Chief Editor you can place orders for students. If you would like to place one order for multiple students, follow these steps:
1. Log in and select Editor Tools.
2. Select People and Students & Parents.
3. Select the students in the list. If you are ordering the same cover books for every student, select the top box to automatically select every student in the list.
4. In the Actions dropdown, select Purchase Softcover or Purchase Hardcover.
Note: If you are ordering both softcover and hardcover books you will need to place 2 orders.
5. The books will be added to your invoice. You can View/Pay Invoice now or close the box and pay the invoice later. Remember that all invoices need to be paid before you can set the book to print ready.
