Moving Page Spreads to a New Location

You can change the order of your yearbook page spreads simply by dragging and dropping them into a new location.

Notes:

  • Only Chief Editors can move pages in the yearbook. This includes single pages and page spreads.
  • Moving pages can only be done when no other editors are editing pages. They can be logged in, but not working on a page. This is to prevent page errors with your book. Moving a single page will change the order of the pages in the book and change page spreads.

1. Log in and select Edit Yearbook.

2. Select Edit Book.

3. Click on the page spread you want to move and while keeping the mouse button down, drag the page spread to the new location. Release the mouse button and the page spread will drop into place.

Note: This works for every page spread including Portrait Auto Flow Portrait pages. Moving Portrait Auto Flow Portrait pages will move the entire portrait section/class.
