Managing the People In Your School Community

It is important to have all of your community lists up to date. Within the lists you can delete and edit the people who are currently in your school community.

1. Log in and select Editor Tools.

2. Select People. Students & Parents, Teachers & Others, and the Yearbook Team can be managed here by selecting the appropriate list.

3. Select the Gear Icon in the Actions Column for particular Students & Parents to:

  • View Pages
  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
  • Copy Activation Link
  • Edit/View Ad

4. Select the Gear Icon in the Actions Column for particular Teachers & Others to:

  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
  • Copy Activation Link

5. Select the Gear Icon in the Actions Column for particular Yearbook Team to:

  • Edit Info
  • Edit Team Role
  • Remove From Team
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
  • Copy Activation Link
