Managing the People In Your School Community

It is important to have all of your community lists up to date. Within the lists you can edit and delete the people who are currently in your school community.

1. Log in and select Editor Tools.

2. Select People. Students & Parents, Teachers & Others, and the Yearbook Team can be managed here by selecting the appropriate list.

3. Each list has an Actions column. Click on the gear icon in a name line to see the options.

Actions Options for Students & Parents:

  • View Pages
  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
  • Copy Activation Link
  • Edit/View Ad

Actions Options for Teachers & Others:

  • View Pages
  • Edit
  • Delete
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
  • Copy Activation Link

Actions Options for Yearbook Team:

  • Edit Info
  • Edit Team Role
  • Remove From Team
  • Send Invite
  • Change Password
