Yearbooks purchased before the final deadline are printed and delivered to the school in accordance with the timeline set by the school. The school will distribute the yearbooks. Please contact your school directly if you want more information on when the yearbooks will be distributed.

Hi Lara - Your daughter's yearbook will be shipped to the school with the other yearbooks. The school determines when they hand them out.

I ordered my child’s yearbook on May 6th. I haven’t gotten any updates as to when she will receive it. I contacted the school & they told me that y’all stopped publication. I’m confused as to why the school stated I might not receive her yearbook until July. If that’s true I want a refund. How do y’all issue a deadline date but not tell us that yearbook are postponed until further notice?
Hi Cheryl - TreeRing does not change deadlines or discontinue the yearbook process unless schools make those requests. I see on our end that the yearbook is on track for completion and once it is set to print ready we will move forward with printing the yearbooks.

I got an email from tree ring to make sure our mailing address was on file due to covid 19 the yearbooks would be shipped to our address. I need to know when it was shipped to where the school or address I specified. This Friday is the last day she can have her friends sign her yearbook I need a response ASAP!!!!!
