    Hi Leonor - Every yearbook will include the core pages which will have photos of the students at the school. These pages are created by the editors at the school. The custom pages you create will only be printed in your daughter's yearbook.

    I did not get my customized page in my year books. I ordered before the cut off, set by the school, online and it was not in the books that I received , do I have to pay for replacement books that will include my customization?

    I ordered 2 free custom pages, but the yearbook didn't include those pages. How can I get the yearbook which included that customized pages?

    We received our yearbook and the “signatures” on the custom pages are all cut off, only half of the note is visible. This is not how it looks in the customs pages on the screen.
