Sometimes online orders are not convenient for parents and editors want to collect orders at the school. An order form/flyer can be used to bring awareness of the yearbook to parents and prompt them to provide the necessary details for their order. A customizable order form is available below. Use this order form to instruct parents on how to order the yearbook and how to complete their check.
Customizable Offline Order Form
Parents should make their checks payable to the school or the PTA/PTO. You will collect the checks and deposit them at the school. The school or PTA/PTO can then place the orders online with a credit card. This is also how you will handle cash payments from parents.

If parents make their checks payable to Treering, the checks and order forms will need to be mailed to us so we can place the order for the students.

If you mail checks to us remember that all checks must be received by us before your Finish Editing Yearbook Date. Receipt of the checks after your deadline or after you set the book to print ready may result in the delay of production and delivery of your yearbooks.

Please add the order form under the marketing toolbox and please make full color order form. Please create PDF Collection Envelopes schools can print out as well.

The offline order form says to mail it and the check directly to TreeRing, but your instructions say for us to collect the checks and purchase the books for them using the check information. What will happen if the parents follow the instructions on the order form instead? Thank you, Elizabeth
Hi Elizabeth - Since the offline order form is editable, you can instruct the parents with whatever procedure works best for your school. If you have distributed the forms to parents with the instructions to mail their check to us we will place their order when it is received. All checks must be received by us by the time you set your book to print ready on 5/9/18.

Thank you for answering so quickly. Above you said if checks are received after the deadline, our entire school order will be delayed. Can we request that our school order NOT be delayed past our print ready deadline? We always order extra copies for people who missed the deadline.

Hi Elizabeth - Once you set your book to print ready and it starts moving through production we will not delay it due to late checks.
