A school passcode is required when setting up a TreeRing account for the first time or when adding a child to a different school to your existing account. The passcode is unique to each school and is only available at the school. Usually the school will notify parents of the passcode by sending out an email or sending home a flyer. If your school did not provide you with a passcode or your passcode is not working, please Submit a Request and we will be happy to assist you. You will be asked to complete this form.
1. Select your role at the school.
2. Complete the form and select Request Passcode.
3. Customer Support will email when your request is received.
