Fundraiser Disbursement Options When Setting Your Yearbook to Print Ready

For months Treering has been collecting your designated fundraiser amount on yearbook orders. Setting the yearbook to Print Ready is the time that we need to know what we should do with your collected fundraiser amount.

If your collected fundraiser amount is greater than $50.00 you can request a check and designate when you want the check mailed to you. You can have the check processed right after your Estimated Delivery Date or when you reach the Sell Date for the next school year. The fundraiser will continue to be collected on orders up to the date you choose.

In the Print Ready Checklist you will see the What Should We Do with Your Fundraiser? section.

1. You'll see your Fundraiser Earnings
2. Edit Fundraiser Details if the Payable To and Mail To information needs to be changed
3. Select when you want a check processed
4. Once you have made your selection Confirm Fundraiser Payout Details
5. You can purchase additional books or have the fundraiser transferred to the next school year

If your collected fundraiser amount is less than $50.00 you can either transfer it to the next school year or use it to buy additional yearbooks.
