If your school wants to purchase yearbooks for everyone at the school, your account can be set up for School Purchasing All Books.
Important! When School Purchasing All Books is enabled, a yearbook will be ordered for everyone in the school community. Every student in the Students & Parents list and every person in the Teachers & Others list will get a yearbook purchased by the school. The buy option will still be available for parents and teachers to buy a book themselves. It is important to notify the school community that the school is purchasing all the books and that they should not place an order unless they want duplicate books.
Follow these steps to see if your school is set up to purchase all books. If your school is not set up to purchase all books, you must contact customer support to have the option turned on.
1. Log in and select Yearbooks and Edit Yearbook.
2. Select Settings and in Options you can see the status of School Purchasing All Books.
All of the orders will be included on an invoice. If you delete a user throughout the year, their order will automatically be deducted from the invoice. If you add a user, an order will be added to the invoice for them. You will be able to view this invoice under Invoice Orders.
You must make sure that your invoice is correct and paid in full by your All Pages Print Ready Date. You will not be able to set the book to print ready until the invoice is paid.
